If goods are unworn, faulty, wrongly described or different from the style shown, or if you simply change your mind, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund providing it is within 14 days of purchase. Please provide a printout of your invoice, for proof of purchase.
There is a $5.00 return fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 (money order or credit card details)
Please note: You will only be charged $5.00 for the entire exchange transaction.
If you are paying by money order please ensure to address this to: Young Spirit Clothing PTY LTD.

All orders received by 5PM (Australian EST) will usually be sent out the next day.
Postage within Australia usually takes a minimum of 2 working days.
We only Post orders from Monday to Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).
Important service information
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers available until stocks sell out. If you order an item that is out of stock we will notify you within 2 business days via email.
We ship all goods via Australia Post . Standard shipping is AUD $10 per parcel. * please note that at this time we only ship goods within Australia and New Zealand.
We deliver by a courier service, so a signature will be required. Hence, we recommend a work address for point of pick up.
If nobody is there to sign for the parcel, it will be re-directed to the nearest post office.
For regional areas it will be re-directed to the nearest AAE depot.
*For large orders, please contact our friendly staff to discuss further postage options.
There is also the option of picking up your products from us directly to avoid the shipping fee.
